个人简历
2003、2008年在南京大学化学化工学院分别获得化学学士、高分子化学与物理博士学位(导师:薛奇、汪蓉)。2008至2014年先后在德国Max Planck胶体与界面所(导师:Reinhard Lipowsky)和德国Jülich研究中心(导师:Gerhard Gompper)从事博士后研究工作。2014年11月起担任南京大学匡亚明学院副教授,从事教学与科研工作。

科研情况
研究领域为软物质体系的计算机模拟与理论,主要采用计算机模拟(蒙特卡洛、分子动力学、多粒子碰撞动力学等)与理论(统计物理、流体力学等)相结合的方法理解软物质体系中的物理、化学问题,目前的研究兴趣是细胞粘附和细菌运动。主持国家自然科学基金委员会青年项目(细胞粘附蛋白键合的计算机模拟,2016-01至2018-12)、面上项目(自驱动胶体粒子的个体与集群行为模拟研究,2020-01至2023-12)和国际(地区)合作与交流项目(细胞膜粘附中的协同与集群现象,2022-01至2024-12),已发表的部分研究成果如下:
